Enthusing, recruiting and guiding citizens to participate in this test in order to experience what care providers have to endure on a daily basis.
The Ultimate BLUE Test (UBT) was specially developed for Blue Light United Event and stems from the Ultimate Firefighter, which was organized during the WPFG. We want everyone to be able to participate in this challenging sport from their own service. The UBT consists of four parts of a total of ±60 minutes.
- Endurance (20 min)
- Power (10 min)
- Agility (15 min)
- The Ultimate (15 mins)
While working as a care provider you often face physical challenges. Maximum effort is always expected and giving up is not an option. With the UBT we challenge you in various work-related tests to get the best out of yourself and show that you are the ultimate care provider.
The tests reflect the versatility of the work as a care provider. The specific components, drawn from different services, will be revealed later. After all, you don't know what to expect in advance while working.
