Do you have an affinity with art, culture and history, are you familiar with digital / graphic design and are you able to simulate all kinds of spatial arrangements? Then we would like to meet you. Twice a year there is a large exhibition in the De Casteelse Poort museum. The Exhibition Committee currently consists of 6 members. We miss someone who is handy with the computer and who has experience in the field of design.
Job description:
We are looking for a graphic designer who can design posters, edit photos and manage files. But not only that. For the discussions in our Exhibition Committee, it would be good if there was someone who could (virtually) furnish and design panels, walls or even entire halls (an industrial designer), and on whom we could comment. Or someone who can edit videos (a content designer) or possibly even build virtual 3D demos (an industrial designer in this case). of new exhibitions, do respond anyway. We would like to see our exhibition committee expanded to include people who (want to) be involved in Wageningen art, culture and history, and who have the ambition to develop this in a museum way. Experience with the use of computer systems is recommended. We can use extra help! At the moment there is the exhibition about 150 years of Secondary Education in Wageningen (extended by corona until September 20). In the autumn, the exhibition 'The Choice of the Burgemeester' will open, followed in May 2021 by the exhibition 'Freedom you pass on; 75 (+1) years of commemoration and celebration in Wageningen, as well as short-term exhibitions, which are also organized by the Exhibition Committee.
