During the "Dealing with Polarization" workshop, you'll experience firsthand what happens when opinions clash, and how you influence them. You'll role-play a mundane yet polarizing case. By actively participating, you'll see how your words and behavior impact the group dynamic. We'll explore how positions can harden and what helps keep the conversation open.
This way, you'll discover how something small, like redesigning a playground, can have a profound impact on a neighborhood. A practical workshop packed with relatable experiences, insights, and tools to better manage differences.
