Detailed description
The message is received via the telephone exchange. The reporter must be addressed politely and adequately. Some telephone and computer skills are an advantage for this position.
The report must be processed in our Falcon reporting system. One must estimate what action needs to be taken to handle the report or forward it to the ambulance.
The new colleague will be trained internally, including knowledge of the protocols and working methods for both internally and partners such as the fire brigade and Rijkswaterstaat. Oral knowledge of the English language is desirable.
