You know that feeling when you're in contact with someone, you suddenly feel something in your gut? That moment when you think, "Huh? What's going on here? What's happening to me?"
And only later, when you have thought about it for a while, can you put that feeling into words.
Sometimes it's about something that crosses the line . Sometimes it's a small remark that just hits home, a microaggression . And sometimes it touches on discrimination . That could happen to you, but it could also be that you, without intending to, trigger something in someone else.
In this workshop we will look together at:
- What exactly is this kind of behavior?
- How do you recognize it in yourself and in others?
And most importantly: how do you respond in such a moment? What do you do and what do you prefer not to do?
This workshop focuses on recognition, insight and above all: how do you act then?
