Henk is hearing and visually impaired and enjoys the little things in life
Who is Hank?
Henk is a man from 1947 with a serious multiple disability. He is hard of hearing and visually impaired, but with the help of gestures he understands everyday matters well. These gestures are easy to learn. He is good at saying what he wants. He is mobile, but at his own pace. Henk likes to tap plants, for example, and see them move. He also likes to look at shadows on the wall. He likes to play with toys from the toy box that contains everything. You can also make him happy with magazines, which he looks in and then tears off pieces.
What is Hank asking?
Henk wants a quiet, pleasant volunteer who likes easy contact. He would like to drive a car, go to the petting zoo (there is a petting zoo on our site), to a restaurant for a cup of coffee (there is also a restaurant on our site), watching fireworks on television or to the fair or the Intratuin around the Christmas period to watch the lights. Someone who comes especially for him! There is no preference for age or gender.

just having a good conversation over a cup of coffee.
