Verbal aggression is becoming increasingly common. In this training, you will first gain insight into verbal aggression.
Verbal aggression: what exactly is it, how does it arise, what is its course, and what types are there? This is how you discover the difference between frustration aggression and instrumental aggression.
Next, you will learn to apply de-escalating behavior in a professional manner, depending on the type of verbal aggression you encounter. In doing so, you will be mindful of the relationship between the parties and receive tools to keep this relationship intact. After all, it is always pleasant to eventually be able to resume a conversation.
After this training, you will be able to handle verbal aggression professionally and feel more confident!
For whom?
For volunteers who may encounter verbal aggression from visitors or members.
