Detailed description
The papermaking.
People with a mild intellectual disability work at the papermaking factory. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping them with the work they find difficult. Clients like it when someone is close to them so that they can make adjustments if necessary. Because we work on behalf of shops and other organizations, it is important that the quality of the products is taken into account.
Clients who work in the papermaking industry require individual guidance. The clients are reasonably independent and can communicate verbally. They need little help with their self-care but sometimes need help in interacting with other clients.
What does the papermaker ask?
Every Monday morning and afternoon.
Directing and helping clients make products.
Make sure products look good quality.
To provide a cozy atmosphere in which clients can do their work in a fun way.
