Skadi is a center for resilience and recovery. A place where you meet fellow sufferers, where you learn and develop. For example, by having coffee together, participating in activities such as making music and being creative, listening to a speaker, or joining a recovery group or a course. You are welcome here just as you are. Whether you are recovering from a disruptive experience, living with a mental vulnerability, or simply looking for connection and growth—here you will find a place where your story matters. You don't have to prove anything. You just have to come as you are. With respect for everyone's journey, we build recovery and hope together. Participation is almost always free. And you don't need a referral or indication either. Just drop in during walk-in hours or come and meet us. You are welcome!
