Develop yourself as a chairman!
As chairman of an association or foundation you carry a versatile, dynamic and sometimes challenging responsibility. Whether you are already chairman, are interested in becoming chairman, or want to grow in your role, these training evenings are especially for you!
You have often been asked for this role, or you have ended up in this place in the organization out of passion. You have the ambition to achieve great results. At the same time, you are expected to bring peace and stability and to skillfully guide the organization in internal and external processes. This requires various skills from you.
Discover new insights, share experiences with fellow chairmen and learn from an experienced professional during these four training evenings. Develop your leadership skills and increase your impact as a chair. Register now and take the next step in your chair!
Training content
In four evenings, various aspects of the presidency will be discussed. You will work, together with the other participants, on your own questions and themes:
1. Getting started as chairman
2. Future-oriented presidency
3. Keeping track of progress
4. PR deployment / Dealing with crises
When
The training consists of four evenings and will take place on Monday 3 and 17 February, and 10 and 24 March 2025. We start at 19:30, but you are welcome from 19:15 for the walk-in.
About the trainer
Jan Kuipers is an expert in behavioral change and director of the Benelux branch of FranklinCovey, an international training and coaching organization. He has extensive experience as a professional trainer in the field of leadership and is also the author of the books "Menskracht", "Creëer wind mee" and "De kleine Covey". With his knowledge and expertise he inspires and motivates people to get the best out of themselves.
