Are you (aspiring) secretary? In 2 interactive evenings you will learn the core of your role, get practical tips and share experiences.
Are you (aspiring) secretary of an association or foundation?
Or are you considering taking on this role? Then this practical training is for you! In two evenings you will be introduced to the most important tasks of a secretary and you will receive concrete tools to take on this function with confidence and structure .
What can you expect?
Experienced trainers Christel van Reekum and Wim Tamboer will take you step by step through the core responsibilities of a secretary. You will receive practical tips that you can apply immediately. Whether you are just starting out or already have experience: this training will help you to grow further in your role.

The training will cover the following topics:
- Dealing with correspondence effectively
- Smart and clear note taking
- Distributing responsibilities within the board
- Efficient and clear archiving

Location
The head office of Stimenz: Prins Willem-Alexanderlaan 1419 in Apeldoorn (left of Dijkgraaf). Stimenz is located on the first floor. In the evening the entrance at the back is open. There are also sufficient parking spaces here and there is a bicycle shed.
Dates and time
The training consists of two evenings and will take place on Monday 27 October and Monday 3 November from 19:30-21:30. Walk-in: fifteen minutes before the start.

Christel and Wim are giving this training voluntarily – we are very happy about that! Are you unable to attend after registering? Please let us know in time, out of appreciation for the trainers and so that someone else can take your place. We hope to see you on Monday 27 October!
