Summary
The Guitart Foundation has opted for a small and 'hands-on' board consisting of a chairman, treasurer and secretary (vacancy).
Detailed description
The secretary function is one of the three pillars of the foundation. The secretary is also characterized as the 'memory' of the foundation. The secretary is the writer and publicist of the board and therefore of the foundation. His or her tasks are:
- Writing letters and other documents on behalf of the foundation/board;
- Archiving received letters and keeping copies of sent letters;
- Making reports and minutes of various meetings and consultations such as volunteer meetings, project and board meetings, etc.;
- Support to the chairman, board and committees;
- Maintaining volunteer information and organization;
- Portfolio publication and media.
- The treasurer takes care of the financial affairs together with an external administration office. The treasurer forms together with the chairman and the secretary the permanent core of the daily management of an organization. Sometimes, however, the function of the secretary and the treasurer are combined. One then speaks of a secretary-treasurer .
- If this combination function applies, the board will be supplemented with a general board member.
The Guitart Foundation is looking for three new board members.

Stichting Guitart.
Due to the interest and need to make music together, Stichting Guitart was founded in 2020 and quickly grew into a busy cultural and artistic location in Apeldoorn. The location now has four practice rooms with a full backline and an amateur studio. In addition, the musicians regularly perform in the outdoor area of Apeldoorn or on (small) local stages.
Beginning musicians, amateurs, semi-professional and professional bands, singing groups, choirs and music teachers know where to find Stichting Guitart. But children, teachers for music lessons and young people who want to do something in the cultural or musical field have also shown interest.
