De Penningmeester heeft een interessante functie. Hij denkt mee in alle bedrijfsprocessen en heeft een belangrijke advies functie binnen het bestuur.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • het gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren van het bestuur over de optimalisering van de bedrijfsprocessen
  • het maandelijks uitbrengen van een financiële rapportage aan het bestuur
  • het opstellen van begrotingen (Liquiditeit)
  • de boekhouding, facturatie, debiteuren-en crediteuren beheer voor de stichting
  • de toepassing van alle financiële en administratieve procedures (AO&IC)
  • opstellen van de jaarrekening
  • juiste toepassing van de BTW en het doen van periodieke aangifte (kwartaal)
  • onderhouden van contacten met de ST Museumkaart w.o. de maandelijkse opgave van bezoekersaantallen.
