Detailed description
Summary of tasks:
Member of the board of the Apeldoorn Monuments Foundation, with main responsibility for managing the secretariat.
*Monthly meetings, invite participants, prepare agenda in consultation with the chairman, send agenda documents, take minutes of meetings and record and monitor action points.
*Archiving received letters and keeping copies of sent letters.
*Management of the info email address.
*Maintaining the donor file.
*Send SAM newsletters and other information to donors.
As a collegial member of the SAM board, where possible:
*Actively think about the Foundation's long-term strategy, including setting priorities between activities that fit within the objectives of the Apeldoorn Monuments Foundation.
*Providing input in determining a position on initiatives regarding heritage policy.
*Providing support and requesting support from other board members in common SAM activities
