As chairperson, you have the administrative capacity to lead the organization, chart the organization's course, and establish it together with the other volunteers.
Is a safe and pleasant play area for children in Wageningen important to you too? Playground Association Tuindorp is looking for board members to strengthen our board.
Are you strong in organization, have strong communication skills, and do you want to contribute to Tuindorp? Then we are looking for you!
Who are we?
Playground Association Tuindorp has been a household name in Wageningen for over 70 years, and a vibrant meeting place for children and their parents/guardians. We organize not only play sessions, but also activities for children and the elderly.
Our board consists of a team of enthusiastic volunteers who, together with a group of loyal playground volunteers, keep the association running.
In the development of the organization, there is a need for an Executive Board to address a number of structural issues that are a prerequisite for a future-proof social enterprise like Tuindorp. This is not a matter of 'minding the shop', but rather of 'renovating while preserving what is good, as the shop remains open'.
This requires sensitive leadership to take steps together.
