Secretary of the Mentorship Foundation Overijssel Gelderland

Are you looking for a volunteer position as a secretary in which you can be of significance to incapacitated people who need care and support? An interesting and socially relevant board position in which you can make good use of your acquired experience and knowledge at least at HBO level?

The Mentorship Overijssel Gelderland Foundation is a volunteer organization for the implementation of professional quality mentoring.   To support our mentors, we employ 7 employees. We have a qualitatively good and stable board and lead the organization on a voluntary basis. We meet approximately 10 times a year.

We are looking for a new secretary because the current secretary will be taking on a different position within the board.

Duties of the Secretary:

· Preparing board meetings and making minutes, annual plan, etc.

· Monitoring procedures (articles of association, internal regulations, GDPR).

· Taking care of correspondence on behalf of the foundation.
