In order to manage our projects together with the other active board members, we are looking for a chairman of the board for the Humanitas Apeldoorn department.
Activities:
- General administrative management of the department. The employership for the paid coordinators is at district level, no operational management is required from the chairman.
- Ensuring good decision-making through meetings and consultation situations, work plans, etc.
- Building and maintaining a network of relationships with individuals and organizations.
- Representing the department in the district and in the national association Humanitas
- Representation of the association in appropriate cases.
- Monitors social and cultural developments and translates these into projects.
We ask:
- Enthusiasm and commitment.
- Preferably management experience.
- Consensus thinker who can decide.
- Preferably some management experience.
- Interest in social and cultural issues.
- Knowledge and affinity with Humanitas.
- Time spent: on average 0.5 days per week, free to choose.
If you are interested but not that experienced, please respond anyway. Humanitas likes to give young people the opportunity to gain experience. If you are interested in a board position, but not in the chairmanship, please respond too.
