The success of KerstSaam Wageningen depends on publicity. The KerstSaam team is small and has no expertise in the field of PR. We are looking for someone who can independently take on this task. This involves devising and executing a marketing plan aimed at the primary target group: Wageningen residents who live alone and who would like to spend (part of) the Christmas holidays 2025 together with others. How do you reach this target group? Which media? At what time? Which message? How is it designed?
The team is available for consultation and coordination.
Do you have a passion for this project and this target group? Are you someone with experience in PR? Can you come up with a marketing plan, present it and process comments? Do you write short, readable texts easily? Do you have a network in the local press? Do you know how to use social media for this purpose? Do you have a sense of design and experience with printing options? Do you like to work independently at times that suit you? Are you quickly available?
Then you are the person we are looking for and we look forward to hearing from you. With your efforts, we will ensure that no one in Wageningen has to be alone at Christmas.

About KerstSaam Wageningen
Wageningen offers a rich amount of christmas activities with which residents of Wageningen can meet eachother. Think of eating together, hiking together, celebrate christmas together.
KerstSaam Wageningen wants to show all these activities and make these more accessable, in particular for residents who are alone and need plaesant company and a listning ear. Where there is a lack of services we try to fill the gaps.
KerstSaam Wageningen is initiated on a not-for profit basis in 2025 by five committed civilians. KerstSaam Wageningen can only become succesful with the help of volunteers with passion for vulnable people.
