Do you enjoy leading? Do you want to make a difference for a large group of seniors in our city? Then you might be the person we're looking for. We're currently in the process of merging with the Wageningen Seniors Platform and Seniors Wageningen. We'll be called Seniors Wageningen.

Job description:

We are the board of KBO-PCOB Wageningen. The branch has 500 members. We advocate for the interests of older adults. We do this at the municipal, provincial, and national levels. We want to play a supportive and connecting role for all our members and also give them the opportunity to connect with each other. Seven times a year, we organize lectures on a wide variety of topics. We also go on a day trip once a year. We celebrate Christmas with a gathering in church, followed by a lunch. Our enthusiastic and motivated board is looking for a chairperson who has the time and energy to lead the way with us. He or she will motivate, chair the meetings (approximately 7 times a year), and provide guidance where necessary. Interested? Then please contact Mariette Kroes at 06-16550283.
