On Wednesdays and Saturdays, books are sold in the basement of Vijzelstraat 1. The book basement contains approximately 10,000 titles and several hundred LPs.Detailed description
Emmaus sells items, including books and records, twice a week for 4 hours. You are present during sales hours, pay for books and records and supervise. It is nice for customers if there is a point of contact. You delve into the available stock so that you know what is for sale. The basement is accessible via a staircase, so it is not accessible for the disabled.
If necessary, this can be done twice a week for 2 hours, so 2 hours on Wednesday and 2 hours on Saturday.
