Job description:
- Is responsible for coordinating the preparation and sending of the agenda and the necessary documents for the board meeting;
- Preparing and arranging all meetings;
- Taking minutes of all meetings;
- Makes reports or minutes of meetings in accordance with the articles of association;
- Drawing up a multi-annual plan and an annual implementation program;
- Keep the registration at the Chamber of Commerce up to date;
- Keeps the foundation's archives regarding governance and organization
Job requirements:
Good communicative skills;
• Talent for and affinity with administrative skills;
• Affinity with animal care and transport
able to represent the organization both internally and externally and to propagate the established policy vision;
• Flexible attitude and resistant to stress;
• Conform to the policy and vision of the foundation;
• Good interaction with volunteers;
