The Avond4Daagse will be organized in Wageningen from June 23 to 26. We are looking for volunteers to make the event a great success again!
The Avond4Daagse is a walking event for primary school pupils in Wageningen. With this, we encourage physical activity and contact with other children in the city.
We start and end at Stadion de Wageningse Berg (Tue, Fri) and SKV (Wed, Thu).
You can sign up if you can help for one or more days, for the whole evening (4-10 pm) or part of the evening (4-7:30 pm or 7:30-10 pm).
We need help with:
Organization in advance
- Setting out the routes and contact with start-finish locations
- Managing the registrations
- Applying for a permit and contact with the municipality and volunteers
- Managing the finances.
During event
- Walk or cycle along the route
- Manning the registration post at the start and stamping posts along the route
- Presentation of the medals on day 4
Assembly and disassembly
- Registration areas, bicycle parking at the start-finish location
- Setting out the routes and signage
