We zoeken een secretaris voor ons Vrijwilligersteam ( 60 personen)

Vrijwilligerstaak

·        Actief als vrijwilliger in een van de teams.

·        Lid van de TAB-commissie.

 

Vergaderen

·        Voorbereiden van vergaderingen, in overleg met voorzitter en penningmeester.

·        Plannen van commissievergaderingen, opstellen vergaderrooster.

·        Verzorgen uitnodigingen voor commissievergaderingen (incl. evt. gasten).

·        Toezenden van de benodigde stukken (w.o. notulen)

·        Notuleren van commissievergaderingen.

·        Toetsen van genomen besluiten aan de bestaande richtlijnen van UL[1].

·        Bijhouden van actiepunten

 

Communicatie

·        Verzorgen van communicatie met vrijwilligers, evt. op verzoek van andere coördinatoren.

·        Beantwoorden ingekomen stukken (evt. na overleg met voorzitter en penningmeester).

·        Onderhouden van contacten met het hoofdkantoor UL.

·        Samenstellen van de Bosberichten. (maandelijks)

 

Administratief

·        Bijhouden van archief (digitaal)

·        Bijhouden van vrijwilligersadministratie i.s.m. coördinator vrijwilligers
