Summary

Tinus enjoys 1 on 1 moments, he smiles and then hums. He likes walking, cycling, touring by car.

Detailed description

Who is Tinus?

Tinus is a man from 1946. He is severely mentally disabled. He is very hard of hearing and only sees 10%. This therefore asks something of the way in which you can deal with Tinus.

Because of his handicaps he has to be accompanied in everything. He walks independently with the guidance at the hand or behind the guidance. If he finds situations scary, such as poorly lit areas or unfamiliar terrain or where many people walk, he likes that he receives direct guidance. He responds well to his name and short commands, provided he hears it. He has some compulsive movements such as looking at the ground while walking and turning in circles.

What is Tinus asking?

For Tinus we are looking for a man or woman who likes to do small activities with him. This can be; walking through our beautiful terrain, cycling on his duo bike, taking a tour with the car, to the petting zoo on our terrain or buying clothes together.

Preferably during the day at the weekend, because then he has no daytime activities, but on other days it is also possible in consultation.
