Function information
We are a residential group of 's Heeren Loo in Apeldoorn. Our group has 8 clients with an intellectual disability and an age that varies between 38 and 85 years. Some of our clients depend on a wheelchair outside the home. The degree of limitation and mobile possibilities also differ quite a bit.

We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer who wants to undertake activities with our clients on an individual basis, such as swimming, taking a walk or cycling together with the tandem.

Because you can give individual attention to our clients, you will notice that they are very enthusiastic when you come for them.

Would you like to be actively involved with our clients and are you also creative in coming up with fun activities yourself, then we would love to hear from you!
We are happy to discuss the days and times on which you come and your options are leading.

Organization information
Within 's Heeren Loo, the efforts of volunteers are valuable. They contribute to a meaningful life for people with intellectual disabilities. Thanks to the many volunteers of 's Heeren Loo, we can organize extra activities and fulfill personal attention and wishes for clients. Think of taking a walk, playing a game or just having a good conversation while enjoying a cup of coffee.

A VOG is required from you to work with our clients. This is requested through 's Heeren Loo, you can declare the costs for this.
