Who is Arjan?
Arjan is a 27-year-old man with an intellectual disability. Arjan is a busy bee and likes to do things. Arjan works on a farm and enjoys animals. He likes horses the most and every Thursday evening Arjan goes horseback riding. He also does gymnastics, likes to play the organ and goes to church every Sunday.
Arjan is hard of hearing but with his hearing aids he can hear well. Arjan likes many things to do, but he is not allowed to eat strawberries because he is allergic to them.
Arjan likes to have a bite to eat somewhere and talk about anything and everything. Would you like to get to know him? Would you like to go out for a day with Arjan? Then come by for a cup of coffee and hopefully you will go out with him!
What does Arjan ask?
Arjan would like to do something fun with a young man every now and then in the evenings and at weekends.
The frequency and the activity will be discussed, but preferably twice a month.
