Gilde Amsterdam is the professional voluntary organization in Amsterdam. The volunteers, young and old, put committed to strengthening the self-reliance and participation of fellow citizens. They give advice free of charge and happily pass on their knowledge to them who need it.
Location in the organization
It team member is the connecting link between the volunteers of an activity and the director. To this end, the team member reports periodically to the team leader (at vacancy team leader, to the director) about the progress of the work in the activity.
Goal of the
functionIt team member links questions from a customer, who is the target group of the activity belongs to a volunteer who has the right knowledge and experience to do the answer the question (broker function).
Tasks
- Conducting calls where necessary, aimed at assessing

Job requirements
- Experienced coach / supervisor
- Involvement in the target group
- Preferably minimum HBO work and think level
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Good contact properties and empathy
- Good and bad news conversations can take
- Result-oriented approach
- Patience and a flexible attitude
- Being able to work independently and systematically
- Can work together in a small team
- Average at least two half-days per week of time investment span>
- Computer skills
- Willingness to participate in a training or workshop in the context of advancement of expertise
