Summary
We are looking for an administrative assistant for our F&A working group, who can help with the store administration.Detailed description
FURTHER DESCRIPTION
To strengthen our store's F&A (finance and administration) team, we're looking for a volunteer to join us and other volunteers in entering purchased products into our computer system, as well as performing other odd job duties. This requires meticulous work and is essential for selling products in our store. You can also be trained in other administrative tasks.
It would be helpful if you were available for this for a fixed period of time each week (or once every two weeks). Sometimes you can be done in an hour, sometimes it takes a few hours. The workspace is above our shop, where other people usually work. It is essential that you have an affinity for using a computer and a good command of Dutch. You must live in or around Apeldoorn.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
You will be trained by a volunteer who has some experience in this work. All our volunteers are insured.
The Wereldwinkel (World Shop) sells products from developing countries, giving their makers a chance at a decent living. Our 35 volunteers consider it a wonderful cause to volunteer for. The atmosphere in the shop is friendly, a pleasant work environment.
The Wereldwinkel is an association with several activities and working groups. If you volunteer, you automatically become a member of the Wereldwinkel Apeldoorn Association. The association also organizes relaxation sessions where you can get to know the other volunteers better.
The position being offered is crucial for the smooth running of our store. We hope to find someone to join our Food & Beverage team soon. Come meet us!
