Voluntary drivers (m / f) for bus transport in Deventer city center

There is a broad intention of residents, interest groups and the municipality to realize a bus service in and around the center of Deventer in an innovative and sustainable way by the end of this year. You can play an important role in this by being the face of this initiative as a volunteer driver. Do you enjoy providing service and being in contact with people? Would you like to contribute to providing a bus connection in and around Deventer center for residents and visitors of Deventer? Then become a volunteer driver on one of the electric vans [14 people]. As a driver, you and several volunteers provide a ride along the new town hall, the station and Burgerweeshuis. The driver drives the bus as a volunteer according to the current timetable. You sell bus tickets and have a quantity of tickets on consignment for this. You keep the received money under management until the moment of settlement of the sold tickets. You are the host / hostess and advise the passengers about the services of the bus and the possibilities of recreation and shopping in Deventer. The bus runs six days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 [not on Sundays].
