Summary
The Volunteer Center is celebrating its 30th anniversary. That's why we're organizing Friday afternoon drinks for council members, boards, and coordinators. We need help with that.
Detailed description
The Friday afternoon drinks for council members, boards, and coordinators on October 31st will be held from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at our building. We'll set up a tent in front of our building.
2:00 PM to 4:30 PM: set-up
set up and prepare
4:30 to 6:00 PM: drinks
handing out drinks and snacks; keeping everything tidy; putting glasses in the dishwasher
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Clean up
Tidying up and cleaning and eating fries together
All help is welcome. If you can't make it all afternoon, that's no problem.
