Because the school has two locations, we are looking for someone who can do light concierge jobs at 't Window for a few hours a week.
Activities of the assistant concierge in consultation
What would you like and be able to do for us?
Below is an example list of possible activities.
Structural:
Walk a control tour through the building
· Emergency doors free? Hallways free?
Walk around the building outside control circle with waste bag and grab
Cleaning up the schoolyard, removing rubbish and throwing it away
Replenish toilet paper at the beginning and halfway through the day
Replenish paper towels at the beginning and mid-day
Replenish liquid soap at the beginning and mid-day
Making coffee and tea at 10.15 am (Wilhelminaweg)
Check toilets regularly
Apply plasters and catch children if necessary
· Empty paper bins into the paper container (Wilhelminaweg)
Plastic waste to the appropriate container
Keeping hallways tidy, hanging up coats and bags
· Getting groceries
Keeping the kitchen tidy
· Loading/unloading the dishwasher; clearing cups in the right place
Moving things from one location to another, such as orders or copy paper, etc.
Knock out doormats/grids on doors and sweep away sand
Sweeping schoolyard
· End of the day: classes swept and chairs on tables for cleaning? (check) Helping class 1 with chairs on tables, sweeping and cleaning up
End of the day: close windows and doors
· End of the day: check emergency doors (Wilhelminaweg)
Incidental:
· Cleaning the fridge
Clearing the basement
· Cleaning up stock room
· Cleaning gutter
Execute Copy Jobs
Laminating documents
· Documents through the shredder
· Replace bulbs
Wipe out bicycle shed Wilhelminaweg
· Repair jobs
· Painting jobs

Welcome to Vrije School De Zwaneridder, how nice that you have found your way to our school, which is now spread over 2 locations in one of the most beautiful places in Wageningen. We are working on moving to a new construction location in Wageningen in the summer of 2022: Kortenoord.
De Zwaneridder is a free school for primary education, with a BSO/KDV in the building that works from the same vision. Anthroposophy and the pedagogy and didactics based on it are the principles on which our education is based and which give it shape and content. We are part of the Pallas Foundation and endorse the vision that can be read elsewhere on this website and in the school guide.
An important part of our identity becomes visible in our way of working together and within this we are looking for space for the individual in the social context of our school. Space for yourself and respect for the space of others, these are the core qualities that we want to convey and that we would like to pass on to our students. We cordially invite all parents to contribute to this.
