Help refugees on their way at Refugee Shelter
At Vluchteling onder Dak ( Refugee Shelter), we support people without residency status who are temporarily ineligible for shelter. We offer them practical help and guidance during a vulnerable time in their lives.
To expand our car pool , we are looking for volunteer drivers .
What are you going to do?
As a driver, you'll help transport refugees to important meetings in Wageningen and the surrounding area. This includes transport to:
- Medical appointments
- Lawyers or legal bodies
- Other necessary appointments
You'll work alongside our coordinator and other volunteers. You'll receive a request well in advance and can then indicate your availability.
What are we asking?
- You have a valid driving license (B)
- You are friendly, reliable and respectful in your dealings
- You have a car at your disposal
- You are flexible in your deployment from time to time
