Are you a good information provider, do you also approach people and would you like to become the first point of contact at our locations?

We are probably looking for you!

For the Samen055 walk-in consultation hours, we are looking for volunteers who would like to speak to visitors at the Samen055 location.

Visitors come in with all kinds of questions and you are the first point of contact.

You offer a listening ear. You answer the question yourself or ensure a warm transfer to the back-up or activity within or outside the Samen055 location.

We are looking for volunteers for the following locations:

• Dock South, 1st Wormenseweg 460.
• The Stolp, Violierenplein 101.
• We are also looking for substitutes for various locations.

The organization

The network organization Samen055 ensures that residents receive appropriate help at 4 locations in the various neighborhoods of Apeldoorn. Samen055 consists of the organizations; Center for Youth and Family, Don Bosco, Municipality of Apeldoorn, MEE-Veluwe, Stimenz and Zuid doet Samen. All residents of Apeldoorn can go here with their questions.

What are you going to do?

Give visitors a warm welcome, speak to them and help them with their questions and/or refer them. In addition, also offer a listening ear to find a suitable solution to a question.

What are we asking?

Hospitality, Interest in people, that you can deal with multiple target groups, can offer a listening ear. Be aware or learn about the social map in Apeldoorn. Good communication skills and can work independently.

We offer you:

Guidance and coordination, training courses on the social map of Apeldoorn.

There are professionals present on location who have a role as backup.
