This year we also started the World Kitchen at the Atrium meeting place in the Sprenkelaar district.
The meals are prepared by volunteer cooks from the AZC. As a host/hostess, you help establish contact between the cooks and the participants, receive your guests, set the tables, serve the meal, clean up and wash up (dishwasher available). You leave the kitchen and the room tidy. The participants come from all over Apeldoorn.
The experience of volunteers is that they enjoy doing something for someone else, making a difference. After all, participants no longer have to eat alone and their social network is expanded.
We ask you to respond if you want to help weekly, once every 14 days or monthly between 16:00 and 19:00. As a volunteer you eat for free. You work together with another volunteer. We look at who is available every month.
The food starts at 5 pm. At the moment we have 4 volunteers, but we are looking for extra help, so you don't have to help every week. If you have any questions, please contact me at 06-82062704.

Om het tijdelijk even samen te doen en om te zorgen dat ze uiteindelijk weer verder kunnen. Zelfstandig of met blijvende steun van hun netwerk, als dat nodig is. Van mens tot mens. Omdat wij geloven in een samenleving waarin iedereen meetelt.
