The 2nd secretary supports the secretary in his work . The division of tasks takes place in consultation.
The secretary's activities include: applying for the necessary permits (with appendices) and subsidy and maintaining contact with the municipality about this; drawing up and distributing the security plan and maintaining contact with the municipality and security region; internal board: drawing up meeting agenda, drawing up meeting report, internal communication, member of DB; point of contact for the Royal Association of Orange Societies, Apeldoorn Partners, Foundation Center Events, volunteers, Max.nl attn. the website; maintaining contacts with supporting organizations in the field of safety, communication, parking, traffic regulation, etc. On King's Day, the secretary is responsible for the safe conduct of the event and is in contact with the police, the security company, municipality, emergency services, etc.

Our program on King's Day includes a clothes market, a youth and young people's program in the Beekpark, a music and culture program in the Oranje program and the King's Fair on the Marktplein. In addition, we offer amateur artists the opportunity to perform in the city center and you can go to various locations for a bite to eat or a drink. During Prince's Night, we organize a music program in the Oranjepark with a bite to eat and a drink. If you want to help us with this, you are always welcome.
