Due to the resignation of the current officer, we are looking for an unpaid person secretary of the board
Job description :
· Draws up the agenda for the monthly board meetings in consultation with the chairman;
· Takes care of the preparation of the agendad discussion points;
· Invites the members of the board;
· Takes minutes of board meetings;
· Handles incoming and outgoing mail;
· Is responsible for the archiving, formation and management of the various files;
· Takes care of the membership administration/volunteer registration;
· Ensures the collection of contributions due from the various customer groups;
· Provides the periodic Newsletter and the Nieuwsblad.
Job requirements :
· Affinity with the target group of OIG-IHD;
· A service providing institution;
· Good oral and written communication skills;
· Good communication skills;
· Knowledge of automated systems.
Time investment :
· A time commitment of one to two days per week should be taken into account.
