Detailed description
Due to the resignation of the current officer, we are looking for an unpaid
Transport Planner
Extended description
It is desirable that the new volunteer is well-versed in the area and is skilled in using automated systems. The position is vacant as of January 1, 2025, but an induction period is required.
Job description
1. Being the point of contact for our customers (homes and clubs)
2. Following customer questions, reserving our buses and scheduling the trips.
3. Leading the monthly driver meetings to allocate the trips.
4. Scheduling repairs and maintenance of the buses in consultation with the fleet manager.
