Lonely Death Foundation | NAbij is a volunteer organization. At NAbij we offer people extra support in the final phase of life who cannot fall back on their own sufficient network. The support is provided by people from NAbij on a voluntary basis, both at home and within institutions in the Arnhem region.

From the Lonely Death Foundation we provide information about loneliness and loneliness in the last phase of life.

To strengthen our board, we are looking for a board member and a secretary.

Board members endorse the mission and vision (and their implementation) of the Lonely Death Foundation | Close and act in accordance with the code of conduct that our foundation has established in accordance with the Management and Supervision of Legal Entities Act.

The board as a whole strives to ensure that knowledge is available in the following areas: financial and economic, organization and services, communication, substantive knowledge and social developments.

The board meets approximately 6 times a year in the evening. On average, a meeting lasts approximately 2.5 hours. The documents for each meeting require an average reading time of 1 hour. In addition, it may happen that board members are asked for extra time. Depending on the portfolio that the board member fulfils, an additional investment of time is required.
