For our vocational training we are looking for practical supervisors, preferably retired skilled workers who want to transfer their knowledge.
Detailed description
Who are we?
The Groen Licht Foundation works together with three educational partners and creates a learning environment for students who find it difficult to follow regular education. We combine this with adults who are not able to acquire a diploma independently. The training is concluded with a recognized diploma.
Activities
Do you have experience in professional knowledge in the field of catering, gardening or cars?
Do you like to motivate and guide people during work / internship?
Do you want to contribute to providing a stimulating work environment where BBL students can develop their (professional) skills and professional competence?
You discuss the progress of the students with the teachers and the behavioral expert. Together you provide customized support and guidance for the student.
We ask
There are various profiles for which students can choose and for each we are looking for a teacher:
- assistant building, living and maintenance
- assistant service and care
- assistant catering, food or food industry
- assistant installation and construction technology
- assistant logistics
- sales / retail assistant
- assistant mobility sector
- assistant process engineering
We ask:
Willingness to prepare the guidance
Being able to deal well with differences between people and development levels
Knowledge and understanding of cultural differences
· At least several half-days per week are available (half-day is 4 hours).
