Do you think it is important to think about how artists can contribute to our society? Do you have a heart for art, even if you are not an artist yourself? Then you are welcome on the board of Stichting Ateliers Apeldoorn!
We are looking for a chairman who wants to be the point of contact for our foundation, looks ahead, coordinates board tasks and can play a connecting role between the various committees (exhibitions and admission of new participants).
Stichting Ateliers Apeldoorn is a financially healthy organization, has existed for 30 years and is the connecting link between artists and the public in Apeldoorn. Since April 2024 we have our own place again, Galerie Ateliers Apeldoorn at Hoofdstraat 155.

Stichting Ateliers Apeldoorn is an artist initiative that has existed for years, with approximately 30 visual artists affiliated who live/work in the municipality of Apeldoorn. They are professionally involved in art; as a painter, sculptor, illustrator, photographer or various materials/techniques. The foundation represents the interests of these many faces.
The aim of Ateliers Apeldoorn is to raise awareness of visual arts in general, and the work of the affiliated artists in particular. In addition, it wants to promote contact with the public.
The foundation also wants to contribute to the overall cultural climate in Apeldoorn. It does this by (co-)organizing and coordinating events. Examples include: the annual Open Atelier Route and exhibitions in the vacant Teresiakerk (2022 and 2023).
For years there were exhibitions in the Weekend Galerie (Loolaan 49) and in the Loolaan Galerie (Loolaan 31A). Since the end of April 2024, we have been welcoming visitors to Galerie Ateliers Apeldoorn at Hoofdstraat 155. There is a new exhibition here every two or three weeks.
