Volunteers wanted for Kind aan Huis – Wageningen

Sometimes a family has a hard time.

Whether it's due to stress, a limited network, illness, or other circumstances, it's helpful to have someone who thinks along, listens, and simply stands by them.

For Kind aan Huis in Wageningen we are looking for committed volunteers who want to temporarily support a family.

As a volunteer:

• offer a listening ear to parents
• help you with practical questions about parenting and daily life
• increase the self-confidence of parents
• work together with the coordinator

You'll be well-guided and prepared, so you'll never be alone.

We are looking for people who:

• have an affinity with raising children and growing up
• be open, reliable and committed
• be available an average of 2–3 hours per week (for a period of approximately one year)
