Detailed description
Scouting Jan Campert (also known from the Timmerdorp Maarssen) is a lively and fun scouting group with up to 180 members.
In addition to the managers in the Jan Campert group who take care of the program offerings for the youth members, there are numerous support functions that are important to keep our group running smoothly.
For example, we are currently looking for a (second) rental coordinator. You do not need a scouting background for this position. Rental has grown considerably in recent years and so have the associated tasks. In order to keep the task of all volunteers limited, we hope to be able to continue to perform administrative tasks and tasks on location separately. The tasks on location are therefore carried out by several people, but reinforcement is needed. The rental of our scouting building (to other scouting groups, but also to schools, for example) is very important for the financial health of the association.
Tasks of the (second) rental coordinator:
Manage agenda (who comes when).
Giving tours to people who want to come with their group.
Checking whether the building is in order prior to the rental period
Key transfer
Checking whether the building is in order after the rental period has ended
Contact with the first rental coordinator.
