Secretary Renkum-Wageningen department (voluntary)

The board is the beating heart of the department. As a member of the Executive Board you help determine the policy for the coming years and which activities the department will carry out. The Renkum / Wageningen department is a thriving department with great events such as the 4-5 May celebration. Would you like a challenging board position as secretary? Then we are looking for you!

Job description:

What are you going to do? • You support the chairman and have a monitoring role in the planning • You coordinate the incoming and outgoing correspondence • You organize and plan board meetings, prepare a report and monitor the list of action points • You are ultimately responsible for the correct archiving of formal documents • You draws up the multi-year plan, the annual plan and the annual report of the department together with the other board members

Job requirements:

We are you? • You have managerial and supervisory qualities and / or experience with this • You are enterprising, innovative, reliable, enthusiastic and a real connector • You can work together excellently and you have good communication skills in word and writing • You clearly express expectations about what needs to be done , how, when and with whom and dare to monitor this
