Detailed description
The contact circle is a group of people who form a circle together by having daily contact with each other to ask if everything is going well. The aim of the circle is that a participant never goes unnoticed for longer than 24 hours. In addition, the circle also functions as an information channel in times of emergency. As a coordinator you provide information, conduct intake interviews and register participants. You are an independent person, can organize well and live in Gooise Meren. You are also willing to commit to this for a longer period of time. The Red Cross offers internal training and compensation for travel and expenses incurred. Reducing the consequences of emergency situations, strengthening self-reliance and increasing respect and willingness to help is what the Dutch Red Cross (NRK) stands for. Together with more than thirty thousand volunteers, the NRK provides Emergency Aid, Event Aid and First Aid (education) in the Netherlands. The NRK also makes an active international contribution to disasters and conflicts. We do this in the form of sending specialists, goods or money.

Activities
We organize various activities on a local level. We offer emergency assistance, provide information and help people to save themselves and also offer all kinds of recreational activities to people with a limited social network. We also provide first aid courses and
we offer support at events in the field of First Aid.
