Hostess / host desk: provide information and advice

IN FRONT OF THE DESK OF THE ST JOSEPH DIVISION CENTER IN HILVERSUM EAST?

Do you like to be there for others? Are you customer-oriented, do you have an eye for your environment and do you radiate cordiality and friendliness? Then this position might be something for you!  

As a desk clerk at the Information and Advice Center of the Hilversum East community center, you are the spider in the web and you are responsible for reception and administrative tasks. In addition, you can be deployed flexibly on an on-call basis and you can run extra shifts where necessary.  

Complex questions are referred to the relevant person / body, so that the question can be processed effectively.  

Specific characteristics:  

• You are representative to be able to staff the Information & Advice Point;  
• You are customer friendliness and service orientation is of paramount importance to you;  
• You bear responsibility with regard to the aforementioned activities;  
• You are honest and reliable;  
• You have communication and social skills.  

Availability: several half-days per week possible.  

• in the morning from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.  
•   in the afternoon from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm
