The nice weather is coming and of course many residents would like to enjoy the paddling pools again in both Park Velserbeek and the Burgermeester Rijkenspark. This just won't work without volunteers who clean, fill and empty the pool. That is why we are looking for enthusiastic helpers for the period from June 1 to September 22! The need is especially great in Santpoort Noord!
When do we need you?
This involves filling the paddling pool when the temperature outside is 22 degrees or higher.
· Outside the summer holidays on Wednesdays and weekends until Sunday September 22.
· During the summer holidays it is daily.
You start between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. It takes about an hour to fill the pools in the Rijkenspark, in Velserbeek it takes a little longer, an hour or two. In the evening you should empty the baths and clean up the surrounding mess. This takes about half an hour.
What you need to know
You will receive an explanation about the work in advance so that you are fully prepared. In addition, it is useful if you can sweep and open a pump.
