Education coordinator

In addition to the objective of providing help to birds in need, our ^2nd objective is to provide education and information about wild birds and their habitat. This helps prevent the need for bird care and also prevents unnecessary suffering.

In recent years, a lot of attention has been paid to achieving this objective. This has so far resulted in an educational offering of various lessons and presentations, carried out by an education team currently consisting of 5 volunteers.

What are you going to do with us?

• You coordinate and supervise the education team and ensure adequate staffing and regular consultations
• You are partly responsible for organizing, implementing and adjusting the education program and, together with the team, you ensure that schools and other target groups are informed about what we offer.
• You ensure that lessons are given at the Bird Hospital or on location.
• You contribute to developing the education program for the future. This includes: content, materials, target groups
• You build a strong network among schools and other target groups
• You ensure that the associated administration remains in order
