Do you have green fingers? We are looking for help in the garden at the Bird Hospital!
Do you like gardening? We have a large garden around our Bird Hospital and we have designed it in a bird-friendly manner.
Of course, all of this has to be taken care of, which is why we work a number of half-days a week with a garden team of volunteers to make it all grow and bloom.
No training is required, but of course 'green fingers' and two right hands come in very handy.
Most of our volunteers work together for a fixed half day per week, which is great fun! But you can come every day and if you like, in consultation with the manager, you can also have your own piece of garden to maintain.
