Every day after lunch, participants and volunteers from the Odensehuis take a walk in the beautiful surroundings.
The physical benefits of walking are now well known, but physical activity also improves learning ability and long-term memory. Exercise also has positive effects on mental health. For example, walking can distract from negative thoughts, increase self-esteem and make you feel better about yourself.
