Along the 3 kilometer course, ensure that runners can move safely around the course.
Along the 3 kilometer course, ensure that runners can move safely across the course. A 15-minute online course must be followed at home beforehand.
On the day of the competition itself, an effort of approximately 45 minutes is required, which can even be shorter if the runners run faster.
